1. Are you a pet friendly community?

Yes, cats and dogs are welcome, but must weigh no more than 35 pounds at full-grown weight.

2. Do you have washer and dryer connections?

Included in our apartment homes are a stackable washer & dryer.

3. What utilities are included in the rent?

Our residents are responsible for all utilities. The Evergreen Club will pay for any pest control services.

4. What education facilities is the Evergreen Club near?

We are in the Duval Country School District

5. What do I do if I need emergency maintenance service?

Call our office (904-642-7288) and our answering service will page maintenance for an emergency.

6. Does the Evergreen Club have good highway access?

Yes, we have easy access to all major interstates.

7. Why should I lease at The Evergreen Club?

We are tucked away in a peaceful wooded area away from the beaten path. Evergreen Club is located near three large shopping malls, many excellent dining restaurants, movie theatres, and the beaches are just 20 minutes away!
